Moulded wood

A natural composite material.

Moulded Wood is a technology that allows for the reproducible production without waste of a wide range of shapes made of 95% softwood chips and 5% isocyanate glue, without formaldehyde. This technology makes it possible to obtain wooden parts with better mechanical characteristics than those of chipboard and equivalent to those of plywood.

In addition to the reproducibility of shapes, from the simplest to the most complex, and its mechanical characteristics, moulded wood parts have many advantages :

Dimensional accuracy

Wide range of possibilities

compared to traditional wood.

Multiple applications

Hourdis for the building industry, barrel bottoms, cable drums, seats and backrests for theatres and office furniture.

Ecological competitor of plastic

National and European safety class AD
