ITA Moulding Process is pursuing an eco-responsible policy through its Moulded wood activity and implements good practices, which are rewarded and certified every year by an independent certifying body, as shown by the PEFC label. This label guarantees that forestry resources are protected. It also certifies that all of the intermediate parties involved in the manufacture and sale of the product comply with the obligations of the PEFC chain of control.
This demonstrates that ITA Moulding Process pays particular attention to the choice of its raw materials and their origin. The wood used to manufacture the Moulded wood parts comes from production that is 100 % French and regional, within a radius of less than 100 km. It is sourced from responsibly managed forests and is a wonderful material that is both renewable and sustainable. Alternative materials such as PVC, for example used to make seats, or concrete for construction, often have a much larger ecological impact.
